WINRUNNER INSTALLATION STEPS UPGRADE
The LoadRunner installation may upgrade existing MDAC version to version 2.71 on your NT machine. Please obtain the latest Service Pack for the Microsoft Jet 4.0 Database Engine from The LoadRunner installation requires Microsoft Jet 4.0 Service Pack 6 (SP6) or later database engine on your NT machine. For more information, refer to the Mercury LoadRunner Tuning Console User's Guide. You can access the Tuning Console from the main LoadRunner screen Tuning tab. The Tuning Console combines tuning processes, state-of-the-art technologies, and integrated tuning expertise into a software package for tuning deployment and production systems. The Mercury Tuning Console has been integrated into LoadRunner. Note that the Diagnostics configuration in the Controller moved from Tools>Options to Diagnostics>Configuration. LoadRunner Diagnostics provide detailed breakdown information for J2EE, Oracle, Siebel and Web environments. VuGen generates intuitive functions, for example, web_button and web_edit_field. Oracle Applications GUI-Level Web Support Run-time setting adjust according to type of Web Services client emulation (e.g.Net, AXIS). Web Services Test Wizard guides you through the process of creating a Web Services script, or allows automatic script creation with random values.
